GENESIS

In the verdant tapestry of academia, amidst the whispers of scholarly winds, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barrackpore AFS emerged as a beacon of erudition in the annals of educational history. Enshrined in the year 1964, this bastion of enlightenment was conceived with a vision to nurture minds and sculpt destinies. Nestled in the bosom of Barrackpore Air Force Station, its genesis resonated with the harmonious symphony of aspiration and determination.

VISION

In its inception, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barrackpore AFS was forged with a noble purpose: to cater to the educational needs of the progeny of Indian Air Force personnel. However, as time unfurled its graceful tendrils, the mantle of privilege was graciously extended to embrace the wider populace, welcoming all with open arms into its sanctum of learning and enlightenment.

MISSION

Like a phoenix ascending from the ashes, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barrackpore AFS rose majestically, embodying the ethos of excellence and inclusivity. Its foundations, fortified with the mortar of diligence and the bricks of fortitude, symbolized a stolid commitment to fostering intellectual prowess and moral rectitude.
